Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 2026
1. Nature of the Platform
Crece is an independent referral and lead-sourcing technology platform that connects registered financial consultants ("Consultants") with regulated banks, NBFCs, mutual fund distributors and insurance providers ("Partner Institutions"). The Company does not lend, accept deposits, manage investments, underwrite risk or issue insurance policies. All financial products are issued, underwritten and serviced solely by the respective Partner Institutions under their own licences and registrations with the RBI, SEBI, IRDAI or other applicable regulators. Nothing on the Platform constitutes investment, tax, legal, credit or insurance advice.
2. Eligibility & registration
- You must be an individual aged 18 years or above, resident in India, and competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- You must provide true, accurate and complete information during registration and KYC, and keep it updated.
- Your account is personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
- The Company may accept, refuse, suspend or terminate any registration at its discretion, including for KYC failure or misconduct.
3. Consultant relationship — not employment
Registration as a Consultant creates an independent, principal-to-principal relationship. It does not create any employment, agency (except the limited authority to refer leads), partnership or joint venture between you and the Company. Consultants are not entitled to any salary, provident fund, gratuity, insurance or other employee benefits. Consultants are solely responsible for their own income tax, GST (where applicable) and other statutory obligations on amounts earned.
4. Consultant conduct & prohibited practices
Consultants must at all times:
- Complete the prescribed training and act ethically, honestly and in the customer's interest.
- Comply with all applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, 2021, KYC/AML requirements and data-privacy laws.
- Obtain the customer's consent before submitting their details as a lead.
Consultants must never:
- Misrepresent product features, returns, approval chances or the identity of the issuing institution.
- Promise, guarantee or imply any specific income, commission or return to customers or prospective consultants.
- Charge any fee from customers, collect or handle customer money, or process payments on behalf of any Partner Institution.
- Forge, alter or misuse customer documents or data, or submit leads without consent.
- Use the Crece name, logo or materials except as expressly permitted, or make unauthorised advertisements.
Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination, forfeiture of unpaid commissions, and reporting to authorities where required by law.
5. Commissions, payouts & career plan
- Commissions, where applicable, accrue only on leads that are successfully converted and confirmed by the relevant Partner Institution, per their published rate cards and policies, which may change without notice.
- The Company passes on payouts after receipt and reconciliation from Partner Institutions and may deduct applicable taxes (including TDS) at source.
- Payouts require completed KYC and valid bank details; minimum withdrawal thresholds may apply.
- The 10-grade career plan represents promotion levels only. Promotion does not by itself guarantee any commission or income. The Company makes no representation or guarantee of any specific earnings.
- Commissions may be reversed or withheld in cases of cancellation, clawback by the Partner Institution, fraud, mis-selling or breach of these Terms.
6. Claims-assistance & other services
Where the Platform facilitates claims-assistance requests, the Company acts solely as a facilitator connecting users with independent empanelled professionals. Claim admission, rejection or settlement remains subject to the insurer's policy terms and applicable law. Professional fees, where shown, are quoted by the professional and displayed inclusive of platform charges. The Company does not guarantee any claim outcome.
7. Intellectual property
The Platform, the Crece brand, logos, training content, certificates, software and all related material are the property of the Company or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for its intended purpose. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer or create derivative works without prior written consent.
8. Data protection
Your personal data and that of the customers you refer is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the IT (SPDI) Rules, 2011. As a Consultant you must handle customer data only for submitting the intended lead, must not retain or reuse it for any other purpose, and must report any suspected data breach to us immediately.
9. Disclaimers & limitation of liability
- The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- The Company is not responsible for the acts, omissions, product decisions, service quality or payout policies of Partner Institutions or empanelled professionals.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Platform shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you by the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
- The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data or goodwill.
10. Suspension & termination
You may stop using the Platform at any time. The Company may suspend or terminate your account with or without notice for breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory direction or risk to the Platform or its users. Upon termination, licences granted to you cease; accrued, undisputed and lawfully payable commissions will be settled after final reconciliation, subject to Section 5.
11. Governing law & dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, courts having jurisdiction over the registered office of White Eduventures Sun Private Limited shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers retain any rights available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12. Changes to these Terms & contact
We may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified on the Platform, and the "Last updated" date will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
